Re: Parts editing made easy, anyone?

(...) Err...Ummm...did you miss something, Mark? I did that last week: (URL) By the way, love the Bond MOCs. As you can see, I have a particular affinity for the genre, though from the other side :) Adrian (URL) (21 years ago, 22-Jan-05, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general, FTX)

Re: New Train Moc - Simple Red Caboose

This is a really awesome idea! Someone else said it, and I agree, it would be awesome to see this in MR. I'll bet they never expected their design to inspire someone to this end.   Re: LEG007 – James Bond Models

Hehe, allllllRIght! There's some huge potential for MOCs here. Are you planning on doing viginettes? I'd presonally love to see a Bond minifig on the table with the lazer coming to get him.   Re: My First Mech ... Please Critic

Hi Kevin Thanks for your tip, but even though it seems to solve the amb/dif/reflection-problem, it unfortunately doesn't cover the need for special pov-ray objects like special lights, fog etc, as it's also based on L3p.   Re: l3p as open source (was: Re: Anatomy of a POV file (e.g. L3P suggestions))

(...) An alternative to open source is to post process l3p output to change things the way you want. This is what I do in LPub. L3P output is simple text and extremely consistant, making it easy to modfiy the contents. Kevin (21 years ago, 22-Jan-05, to lugnet.cad.dev)

l3p as open source (was: Re: Anatomy of a POV file (e.g. L3P suggestions))

I don't know if this is besides the topic, but what I would really like was the ability to edit the "text" with the default settings l3p uses to create the pov-file (after all, it's a program that converts a textfile into another textfile). When (...) (21 years ago, 22-Jan-05, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Thank you, Calum, for putting so eloqently how mony of us feel about this ridiculous letter. Last time I checked, Lego is still a toy, not a commodity to be traded on the stock market.
