I can see the foundrydx influence. I think that was a good place to start.
I never really got into those creations other than eye candy because
minifigs did not seem to be able to use them. I am a big fan of getting
those little guys in and out of my mechs. It adds something to the realism
of it...

David,
I managed to create a cockpit http://edubl.com/images/tapatio2.jpg, however,
its a little cramped in there :)

...which brings me to Papa Smurf. You took the foundrydx look and made it
more than eye candy. I agree with Mladen about the guns. I personally
use dark gray or black to make them stand out.

Thanks... although Papa is definitely headed for a makeover.

I think the snout could have been longer. Also, it would be cool if
a head of some kind flips over the cockpit or the whole cockpit moves up
when in robot mode. But for a first time transformable mech it is not bad.

This ones a toughy... a longer snout may look funny when in robot mode, and as
far as flip head goes, perhaps...? I knew from the start that making an
xformer type mech wasnt going to be easy, but its esp difficult trying to make
both forms look convincing.
Thanks for the feedback David,
E.
