Clear bricks were available in many sizes, but in 2 sizes, 2x8 and 2x10 they seem to ONLY have been sold in the USA, and that was during the 1960's. This was recently confirmed by a Bricklink purchase I made from Europe of 4 2x10 and 2 2x8 bricks. (...) (21 years ago, 15-Dec-04, to lugnet.general)

Well, since I have a background as a graphic artist, I actually use Photoshop to mess with the color balance, brightness, & contrast, as well as to reduce the color count and fine-tune the diffusion. Gil, (...) Thanks for the kind words. This kind of landing gear is very simple to make as long as you have two a long thin paralell surfaces to mount it on. On a smaller ship it could be more lightweight and sleeker looking. I'm still not 100% happy (...) (21 years ago, 14-Dec-04, to lugnet.space)
