...By volume, that is. (URL) I got set 3739 for my son last year, and just love it. I also gave my daughter the legend versions of Black Falcons Fortress and Guarded Inn (which she loved).   Re: Rule check

(...) I don't think we need to worry about spirit of the game here at all. I think trying to generate a pile of blocks would be very difficult. If someone can do it, let them. Additionally the blocks need to be stacked. Blocks piled in random (...) (21 years ago, 11-Nov-04, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: Wanted--6 1x3 yellow arches

(...) I had no idea they'd be that rare... I saw 'em on bricklink and thought that they'd be easy to obtain. Guess it'll have to be a bricklink order then... Dave K (21 years ago, 11-Nov-04, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

OK, coming in late on this (and, I should add, being unable to currently stack up any blocks even *by hand* in my house due to a 9-month-old), you want to... ...encourage stacking but discourage piling... ...encourage some sorting...   Re: Rule check

(...) I agree. thats how we would have scored that scenario. (...) in theory YES. but what we found is that most people program the robots to "hoard" blocks for 2 min 30 seconds, then deploy the stack at the last min. thus protecting the stack from (...)   Wanted--6 1x3 yellow arches

And if anyone in this group has 'em, I would be willing to trade or pay. At least 6 1x3 yellow arches for a MOC for the train layout. Anyway, if anyone in rtl has 'em and is willing to part with 'em... I may not be at dinner tomorrow--sister's in (...) (21 years ago, 11-Nov-04, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) So a valid strategy would be to pile up a heap of blocks and let the humans figure out what the stacks are?   Re: Sort-of-poll: Your most common Lego dream?

(...) Same here. I don't think I've ever even dreamt of an actual LEGO theme. I'm invariably hunting around a store for the hard-to-find LEGO isle, or maybe looking for LEGO placed on the wrong shelf. When I finally find it I discover sets no one (...) (21 years ago, 11-Nov-04, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Rule check

(...) Two block tower and a four block tower. At least, that's the way I see it... More importantly, the current scoring really doesn't give me a reason to sort--the +1 for each right block doesn't come close to justifying the effort to sort when (...) I know I'm getting incredibly picky now, but if my bot had a stack hopper that was 1x2 blocks, the following two scenarios could result (URL) So by the current scoring rules, (1) would count as two 4 block towers even though they touch, but what (...)   MOC F1 car; no it's not a red Ferrari, but an alternate yellow one of the 4404 set

As many may have seen there are some LEGO F1 cars on the market.
