Christopher Prosser's question about MIDI started me thinking about adding some sound effects from the speaker. I know the capabilities of the on-board sound are limited, but has anyone done any work on simple sound effects (splat, boing, au-oh, (...) (26 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

Ben, Something to consider too, 60% of the decision is based on creativity/originality, only 40% on the engineering. That makes me think they are going to lean towards orginal designs, not models of existing Starwars ships. I'm going to submit my (...) (26 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.starwars)

I agree with Kevin and Silas. Back in the 60's (when I was a child), I remember getting the Junior Constructor set #717, for Christmas. The only instructions were on the inside of the box top. It was a 500 piece set, and there were only 3 pictures (...) (26 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.general)

If we convince them, and that is a BIG if, we will get at best ONE pack. Asking for multiple packs in different colors is a non starter, in my opinion. Given that, I would ask that the pack have doors AND windows in a number of different colors. The (...) (26 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.trains)

(...) The center should be on the rotation point. Like you said, rotating the pieces when the rotation point is not centered on the hinge is a bigger pain than getting the pieces into the right position. (It would be great if some future version of (...) (26 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)
