Re: Glut fixes and Offscreen Rendering

(...) No problem. So what about the offscreen rendering? Does it work? (URL) render offscreen you use -MS on the ldglite command line, eg. ldglite -v3 -l3 -i1 -MS mymodel.mpd (22 years ago, 9-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad.dev.mac)

Re: Need help to guesstimate the size of my collection!

(...) Note - the blue Creator tubs can be compacted up to 5:1 if bricks are stacked, 4:1 with little to no stacking. But that's because 300 of the 1K bricks are 1x1s. (22 years ago, 9-Jan-03, to lugnet.general)

Re: Need help to guesstimate the size of my collection!

Dave, If your collection is 500K, then I'd better not even THINK about how large mine is ;-) Take your Iris cart collection, and multiply it by 3. That's all my new bricks. If I can get all the rest of the bricks into Iris carts, add at least what (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jan-03, to lugnet.general)

Re: it's a Lego Jeep thing

If it does make the trip, I might be convinced to figure out a way to bring Bram's and my Cherokee as well. I might refit it with some slightly smaller and more logical tires though, similar to yours (instead of the monster truck tires that it's (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jan-03, to lugnet.build)

  Lpub 2.1.0.4 problems

Kevin, I may have jumped the gun, but I just noticed your site had a new version of Lpub, so I downloaded and installed. I am finding a couple of problems (not sure if they are related to 2.1.0.4 or if I am just now finding them). - I noticed that (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jan-03, to lugnet.inst)

Re: adding power inlet to technic control center

Phil, I was browsing your site lastnight and found that you have the 8485. I couldn't find any pictures to support my theory, but thought that version 2 of the controller would include a power inlet. I took mine apart lastnight, and it looks as (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jan-03, to lugnet.robotics, lugnet.technic)

  Re: Television Demo

Calum, My Legway may be something interesting. I'm working on making some improvments. I've already made it stronger, in case Chris gets ahold if it again: (URL) you need is a HiTechnic EOPD and some code (which I can e-mail you). Steve (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jan-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: MOC: Another SW Hoverbike

(...) These Star Wars hoverbikes are adorable. So tiny and cute and supercompressed, like those weird mini Gundam models. Good job Adrian -- (URL) (22 years ago, 9-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: My Adventurers ISCC entry

Thanks for the detailed answer. (...) I think I was surprised as anyone when I saw how well the first set of Brick Testament photos came out.   Re: Another axle joiner...

(...) It's not availible in huge amounts yet: (URL) I'm sure it can come in handy. However I feel reluctant bying more Technic sets for a couple of minor pieces, perhaps I should investigate BrickLink one of these days... (22 years ago, 9-Jan-03, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Tri-axle Prussian State Railroad Coaches

(...) Could you describe how they work? I've used sliding blocks for my tri-axle wheelsets, although they can't be any longer overall than a normal twin-axles base. Are you using a pivoting lever system, because you said they had trouble backing up? (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jan-03, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: It's perfect!
