  Re: Understanding Leaks

(...) Hi Joe - I believe a dealer catalog, obtained by and scanned by an individual who is not a dealer and placed on the internet would constitute a leak. I recall being at LEGO's office in NYC a couple years ago and having to almost beg for a (...) (22 years ago, 7-Jan-03, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Understanding Leaks

(...) Joe, My definitions were more based on the usage at fbtb.net, where there is a strong "no discussion of leaks" policy. Bruce (22 years ago, 7-Jan-03, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Turbocycles are real

  Re: Understanding Leaks

(...) Hm. Apparently I'm a bit more liberal in my categorizations, as Bruce does have a valid point in LEGO/store communications. A counterpoint to this, though would be while the first two could constitute leaks, the Marz site would not...to a (...) (22 years ago, 7-Jan-03, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Understanding Leaks

(...) Tough question. A leak is an item of information that is NOT meant to be released. Most, if not all of your examples that you cited were meant to be released to, at least initially, to the dealers who sell LEGO. As such, I wouldn't list these (...)
