Re: USB IR tower support in Lunix

(...) Good! (...) I posted via the web-interface, I guess one needs a javascript browser for that. I like the navigation of the webinterface within threads. (...) Ah, very good! Does it also support the high-speed mode ? (...) Sounds like a good (...) (22 years ago, 2-Jan-03, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

  What a downer :-(

I got my 2003 SAH (US) cat the other day, OK new years eve, and was left rather disappointed. In the past, I've viewed the January catalog as a benchmark for the year followed by the Summer one. But God help us all, this one just plain stinks for (...) (22 years ago, 2-Jan-03, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.technic)

Re: A few comments on decorated pieces

So, is your gripe the fact that TLC uses paint to decorate elements, or that TLC decorates elements for themes that don't quite match you building style? I tend to keep all decorated pieces just the way they are. Sure, they might not get used that (...) (22 years ago, 2-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: USB IR tower support in Lunix

(...) I just got the USB tower to work. At least, for downloading the BrickOS.srec kernel. I think I have to hack some more today to find a way to let 'dll' work with the /dev/tower0 device. I used the devicedriver at (URL) (22 years ago, 2-Jan-03, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

Re: Pod just not practical? Try a Cube...

Wow, that's really groovy! It's like a Borg version of the Pods. Can't you see a giant cube breaking into hundreds of these? Like the pods of the Suliban (spell?) in Enterprise. Cluster together to form larger structures. Excellent work! BTW, I (...) (22 years ago, 2-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

Recent BS that struck my fancy.

Hi all! Given this; slow day at work, low action at lugnet.technic and high speed at Brickshelf I did my first real look in the "Recent" folder in a looong time.   M:tron poster scanned (at last)

Hi there, while searching through my large pile of Lego-related paper (instructions, posters, adds, etc.) I came across this poster, what do you think?: (URL) made an effort to scan it (had to hook up my GF's computer with scanner into my network (...) (22 years ago, 2-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)
