It only takes a short while (less than 0.1 ms, I think) to sample all four sensors; I think LegOS samples the next sensor immediately after finishing (...) Also, keep in mind that the fact that this set appears in the in-box Technic catalog, and not the in-box Lego Direct Technic catalog, suggests that it will be available through retail outlets (though probably not Target, K-Mart, WalMart, etc.; (...) (27 years ago, 13-May-99, to lugnet.general)

Very nice, Jeff. Your model shows that the TIE could have been done just fine without the new "blocky" bracket pieces. I'll bet your wings even come off easily enough.
