Re: Rotation and Touch Sensors on one input

Hi Eric, (...) You're welcome. Could you be more specific than "fairly well"? I've heard different stories. Some people reported rotation works perfectly in one direction and not at all in the other. Others experienced other results. Did you modify (...) (26 years ago, 28-Jan-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  angle sensor output in degree?

While surfing I came upon this page: (URL) there was a bunch of text; I snipped the relevant line: (...) In this sentence they are referring to the LEGO Control Lab interface boxes.   LDLite and memory (or lack thereof)

I noticed that with the latest version of LDLite, I can't run multiple copies of it at the same time. I also can't run it while Ledit is running. It starts to open but closes automatically without drawing. Is there a setting somewhere I can adjust (...) (26 years ago, 28-Jan-99, to lugnet.cad)

  LDAO Modeler is awesome!

I finally got around to using this for creating a part, and wow! It easily cut the time it took me 50%. Many thanks to Steve Bliss for this great tool. Now I've got to do a part where I could use the lathe function. Steve, any plans to include some (...) (26 years ago, 28-Jan-99, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: Mac DL problems

ok, i think you've established that the hardware is working properly. the fact that you can get IC to boot and talk to the board is strong proof of that. the zterm test demonstrates that the mac can send chars out; the IC example proves (...)   Rotation and Touch Sensors on one input

I was playing around with legOS 0.1.5 last night (thanks for legOS Markus) and was able to get the rotation sensor code working fairly well. While doing this and looking at the RAW values the ratation sensor returns, I noticed that they are all (...) (26 years ago, 28-Jan-99, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: New Service Packs for 1999..

You're right. When you try stacking those macaroni bricks, they become very unstable. I usually use only 3 or 4 on top of each other, and then a curved plate on top of that (sort of an overhang). The only stability with these is if you make a light (...) (26 years ago, 28-Jan-99, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Auction: 5521 Sea Jet

I have one (1) 5521 Sea Jet for auction. The box has serious shelf wear, and is slightly damaged on the back. The tape is not holding the ends on, however that all the parts should be there.   Re: Thoughts on expansion packs please

(...) gotta think about that... I just got the '99 Pitsco dacta catalog, they've got a two-differential set for US4.25, but that doesn't have the universal joint that 5229 has.   Re: Thoughts on expansion packs please

(...) Try a few packs of 5229, that's the cheapest way to get them. It's the lego gears service pack, available from S@H I think, in the Unitted States. Jasper (26 years ago, 28-Jan-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: nomad - revised

(...) It appears that's the problem -- I saved the code out from LDLite, and a number of hose-section lines were missing the part-name. And ldlite.log reported several syntax errors in the hose-lines. When I added the 754.dat to the lines, it fixed (...) (26 years ago, 28-Jan-99, to lugnet.cad)
