  Re: Pricing on Lego Sets

(...) And it always amazes me that you bring this up again and again! :-) Look, the fact that you're paying 3x what some sets are worth doesn't make the fact that the US is paying 2x what the same sets are worth any less bad.   Help generating images of ALL parts in ALL colors

  tubing

  Re: Pricing on Lego Sets

Re: Will there be more Castle in 2001 ?

Actually, the reason Star Wars has replaced Space isn't because of Lego, it's because of Lucasfilm Ltd. They insisted that Lego refrain from making any futuristic spaceship-oriented theme while they make Star Wars sets. Bummer, eh? At least the SW (...) (26 years ago, 7-Aug-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: 2001 Set info

Well, here we go again. I've never complained about scale. I understand that the proportions of the minifig make this kind of a moot point. The XWing, Snowspeeder, TIE, Y-wing, Speeder Bikes, etc. were all good sets. I think Lego did an excellent (...) (26 years ago, 7-Aug-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.starwars)
