RE: Putting on a good show...

The following is a basic dat of the tractor/slasher model [not posted to .cad.whatever, as it is incomplete] I had to substitute a 2x4 plate for the 2x4 plate with pins, and a blue set of handlebars for the steering wheel. Also, I didn't put the (...) (26 years ago, 3-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

Re: Where did you lot spring from?)

(...) But not everyone here is an adult. Although I sometimes swear casually when talking, I agree with Todd that forbidding profanity improves the community's image and makes it a nicer place to participate. It's often much harder to tell through (...) (26 years ago, 3-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.general)

Re: Where did you lot spring from?)

(...) LOL! Ever noticed, even on LUGNET, that many of the non-native speakers of English use better grammer than quite a few Americans? Every now and then, some obscure idiom slips in, but otherwise, I must commend you ESLers on your proficiency[1]! (...) (26 years ago, 3-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.general)

  The 10th Kingdom

Has anyone seen the TV series "The 10th Kingdom"? My sis bought the whole series on tape the other day, and I watched some of it. It's about this NY chick who ends up in the Land of the 9 Kingdoms, where Snow White and Cinderella and such live or (...) (26 years ago, 3-May-00, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Lego Soccer Buses, Part Two

To add a little confusion, when I called and ordered the 3406 bus yesterday, I found out that there is going to be yet another bus this July, 3411 (yes, really). She said it was the same as 3405, but that the 3411 included the soccer ball. But I (...) (26 years ago, 3-May-00, to lugnet.general)

Re: Pax Americana (was Re: Where did you lot spring from?)

(...) That's the root of my rant about Americanism--it's actually a hybrid culture that's gravitated towards the US because of economic power and demographic strength. The insidious part of Americanism is actually its functioning--its corporatist (...) (26 years ago, 3-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.off-topic.debate)

Re: One of the coolest Hair pieces I have seen!!!

(...) You mean the set with the brown 2x4x4 half cylinder pieces and the two cars with *really* big wheels? I don't see it in the picture I have, so can I assume the fig's come with both a hat/helmet and hairpiece? Also, what style hair is it? the (...)   Model Tangara train

Hey guys. My latest project : a Lego Tangara train. Seeing them everyday made me think. These can be done, they're so "Lego-ish". So I drew one up on grid paper on the train home last night, and then hacked it into MLCad. But a fee issues arose that (...) (26 years ago, 3-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)

Re: LDRAW for Mac; was: Mark's Lego Creations Update!

(...) There are at least two other people with the source code to LDraw, if I remember correctly. Maybe three. But it seems like I've never heard of James having given the source for LEdit to anyone. Not that it matters -- AFAIK, James only gave out (...) (26 years ago, 3-May-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: New Hope Valley Railroad LEGO Train Exhibit

My chop saw can cut 4'x4's. It's got a 10" blade. I don't have a circular saw, but it's fun to buy power tools, so I may look into picking one up if no one has one now.   LDraw Add-On Version 2.1.3

[XFUT lugnet.cad] I've posted a new version of LDAO. The main point of this new version is to fix some nasty bugs in the 2.1.2 release. But there are one or two small, new features. I've also posted a web-centric download/install version. Basically, (...) (26 years ago, 3-May-00, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.announce) !
