Anyone want hinge bricks from Lego Direct?

Hi, everyone, I'm not posting this to the Lego Direct newsgroup at the moment. Unless there is a large amount of interest in this topic, this post will just qualify as noise over there. By now, most Lugnet readers have heard about the forthcoming (...) (26 years ago, 3-May-00, to lugnet.general)

  Nosejobs...

You know... the thing I hated most about Timmy was his freaky nose. That sucker was just meant to be removed. Out came the X-Acto blade and off went his nose.   trivia- parts bags smooth

I built w/znap for the first time Sun.- set 3551 ( the bird on p28 of instructions). I like it even though , well, maybe because, it is sort of strange. Even the bags the parts were packaged in were different. They were smooth - no little holes. I (...) (26 years ago, 3-May-00, to lugnet.znap)

My LDraw experience is very limited, but I have gotten it to work using Virtual PC on my Mac. I was running Virtual PC 3.0 with Win 95. I just installed Win 98 (A very scary experience for a devoted Mac guy) and I haven't tried putting LDraw back (...) (26 years ago, 3-May-00, to lugnet.starwars)

I don't know if anyone else has done this, but I've found that you can make a good tractor and slasher [which can be lifted for travel, so it isnt still 'cutting'] out of 6470 [mini digger]. (...) Yep, please do. With the farm theme, maybe Lego see Duplo as filling that requirement. But why not Town, you have every form of shop and utility, so why not a minifig farm ? (if you can make polar bears, why not cows/horses) pete.w (26 years ago, 3-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au)
