Re: German Halftrack, Armored Car, etc. etc ...

(...) Thanks. I found that out before you replied. What I was curious about (after Americanizing the steering column) is the gun fixture in the back. Otherwise, it adds perfectly to my Transformers-based LDraw elements. If you like, I show you some (...) (26 years ago, 30-Apr-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build)

Re: New Survey up for LEGO

(...) Why does everyone keeps thinking the scale of TLC's 'system' Falcon is too small. It is dead on compared to thier X-wing. It must be that whole deal that the interior sets for the Falcon is 40 percent larger that the 'life-size' model they (...) (26 years ago, 30-Apr-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Was P.T.Barnum Right? -Or- Should I feel Guilty?

  Part request: U.S. Flag

I'm looking for LDraw part #777pxx "Flag on flagpole old" with U.S. flag pattern (I don't know if there ever was such a part, though). Alternatively part #3596pxx "Flag on flagpole with U.S. pattern" would do (although then I'd need the same flag (...) (26 years ago, 30-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Moving an object in a scene

(...) Apparently, you already discovered that the object { my_model_dot_dat ... } line is the line that places the object. You can add all sorts of scaling, rotation, and translation to this line by adding "scale" "rotate" and "translate" modifiers. (...) (26 years ago, 30-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad.ray)

Re: Why can't we have a Lando: Lego's Race policy

(...) What color head does Luke, Han, Obi-wan, Qui-gon, etc. have? Yellow. Why? Because all living, healthy, "human" mini-figs are yellow. If TLC makes a Lando or Mace mini-fig it will be yellow just like all the rest. Luke, Han, etc. don't have (...)   Re: Why can't we have a Lando: Lego's Race policy

(...) So what we need is the Lego race/gender minifig pack. :) Include boy/girl hair, different colored heads/hands, and let people mix and match their sets as they see fit.   Re: Was P.T.Barnum Right? -Or- Should I feel Guilty?

(...) I can see your point. I recently had the same dilemma as John. For the longest time I had a 6755 Sheriff's Lock Up on Brickfan for $30.00. It never sold so I put it on ebay. It turned out that I got $53.00. I felt bad but I knew that this was (...) (26 years ago, 30-Apr-00, to lugnet.market.theory)
