(...) AFAIK, TLG hasn't said anything officially regarding LDraw or its parts libraries. I believe LDraw as a freeware program is well within its rights to contain SW elements as well. They aren't making official statements about it (IMO) because (...) (26 years ago, 19-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Here is my suggestion for an update of the part 756.dat. See my post (URL) a background story on why I think it should be updated.
