Re: Shell promo sets coming April 10th

Hey, No complaining. They supposedly started in So. Cal, but I live here in LA, and while I have heard all the radio promos, I still haven't seen ANY sets in the 12 Shell stations that I stopped in. I'll try more tomorrow. Perhaps I'll FINALLY see (...) (26 years ago, 12-Apr-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Software to merge video frames to obtain higher quality stills?

(...) Thanks - I'll give it a try! I think what I'm after is something a bit smarter - that expects to find random 'grain' and filters it out. Assuming that if you have 10 frames (taken successively of a static scene with stable lighting), each with (...) (26 years ago, 12-Apr-00, to lugnet.publish)

  Spotted some good technic deals.....

Thought there might be some interest in these deals at one of my local Lego stockists. Currently, they have 25% off all toys, and the Lego prices were already pretty good: 8480 Space Shuttle £59.99 = £44.99 8462 Tow Truck £49.99 = £37.49 8479 Bar (...) (26 years ago, 12-Apr-00, to lugnet.loc.uk)

  "Cobba" Mecha

For all you "Mech-nics": After seeing all the current interest in Mechas lately, I wanted to try my bricks at one - but something different. I came up with a six legged spider "cobbled" together from "useless" pieces such as: 2 Burps, a bunch of (...) (26 years ago, 12-Apr-00, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.announce)

Re: LUGOLA pic (March 25th meeting)

Thanx Henry. I guess some things never change - I probably looked the same when I was 3 yrs old (staring longingly at a pile of Lego). How about putting up the teaser pic of you holding her head? (Or do you want to make us all wait?) (...) (26 years ago, 12-Apr-00, to lugnet.org.us.lugola)

Re: Voting Open for LCAD Parts Update 2000-01
