Gonna build a mountain in my living room.

I am trying to build a greenhouse and I want to have a mountain in the middle. I haven't figured out any good ways to make one though, so I was wondering if anyone would build one for me, please? I would request that it is about 50 studs wide (at (...) (26 years ago, 25-Mar-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

Re: Gonna build a mountain in my living room.

(...) I can't do it for you; I don't have the resources nor the time. But, I can give a suggestion. BURPS. Lots and lots of BURPS. They're ugly, yes, but they'll make the mountain look good and keep it light. Plus, they stack in various patterns (...) (26 years ago, 25-Mar-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

Pardon me for being stupid; I didn't look at the category before I replied. With CAD, you don't have to worry about weight. But, I still can't do it. Sorry. -Chris (26 years ago, 25-Mar-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

  reading sensor values?

I finally installed lego's mindstorm software on my PC. It seems that it won't let me do any programming until I finish the stupid tutorials. Is this true? I try clicking on other menu options, but only the blinking option works. Very aggravating. (...) (26 years ago, 25-Mar-00, to lugnet.robotics)

(...) Does anyone know how Wal-mart does its pricing -- is it regional, each store has its own, etc? I was at a Wal-mart last night and checked the swordsman and treasure transport and had them come up at full price, as did the Samurai Stronghold (...)   Re: Yellow train door sets

OR if you get yellow doors with red stripes, you COULD offer to trade them to other people for yellow doors, and make someone else happy too, RIGHT? RIGHT? ;-) (But no, I don't have any yellow doors to trade). (...) -- Tom Stangl ***(URL) Visual FAQ (...) (26 years ago, 25-Mar-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

  Re: Yellow train door sets

Sure I guess so. But what is the bg deal with these doors? Is it just to add more cars to the Intercity train? Or is there another model train people like to recreate? -Nick Tom Stangl, VFAQman wrote in message <38DC28B8.47163B7B@vfaq.com>... (...) (...)   Pre-assembled truck show truck

A couple of months ago I purchased a 2148 Truck Show prime mover and assembled it as per instructions and thought I might just leave that as it is and leave it on my bookshelf. I thought I would then go and buy 2 more for a MOC I have in mind, which (...) (26 years ago, 25-Mar-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)
