Re: Is it possible to have too much LEGO?

Ah yes the "I'm never going to use these pieces" bucket. I've got one of those, and it is confusing. I also have the problem with the pieces that I rarely use since I can't remember quite how I sorted them. Silas Troy Cefaratti wrote in message ... (...)   Re: Is it possible to have too much LEGO?

Now that's something I can relate to. Every time I manage to get my Lego organised in a meaningful way, my collection expands so that the old sorting system overflows. It's a never ending battle to deal with the ramifications of my addiction... (...) (25 years ago, 21-Feb-00, to lugnet.general)

Re: 1200 brick Blue Tubs on sale at TRU

Yes, but they don't have the volume on the shelves. I only found two of the tubs in the north side of Atlanta the last time they had that sale. TRU really stocked up for this one. - Greg (...) (25 years ago, 21-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: 1200 brick Blue Tubs on sale at TRU

Thanks for the pointer. By the time you add sales tax and their per item shipping charge (I didn't spot any codes out there right now that work to reduce pricing) you're close to MSRP I think, but I got 20 anyway, I need the bulk bricks. (25 years ago, 20-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Blue Tubs at TRU

I just wanted to remind you guys about the TRU sale this weekend on blue tubs. I've already cleared out the one on clarkson in west county and the one down in south county. (And I only got 22! Sigh).   Re: Is it possible to have too much LEGO?

Just 2 hours? Talk to me when it takes WEEKS ;-) Of course, most of that is not sheer bulk, but disorganization. If I can ever stop buying long enough to clear out some floor space, I'm going to sort ALL of the spare parts once and for all, and put (...) (25 years ago, 20-Feb-00, to lugnet.general)
