Today was Chinese New Year and over here they had a parade and a street fair. One of the booths at the fair was Shell Oil (they also had a float). I have written a straight-to-QuickTime converter for DAT files. I don't know about making a QTVR file, but, it makes a 3DMF file which you convert in 1 step to a MOOV. The movie rotates the model in realtime in any QuickTime player. I am pretty (...) (26 years ago, 6-Feb-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

I visited my local Tesco a couple of weeks ago, and one or two of the sets had been reduced; the Ninja solider on horseback was reduced by about 25%, and the SpacePort Satellite had also been reduced by a similar amount. Not enough to persuade me, (...) (26 years ago, 6-Feb-00, to lugnet.loc.uk)
