  Re: Looking for broken pneumatics

(...) For parts like that, you don't need to model the inside of the part. That is not required for it to be submitable to the LDraw parts library. Of course, if you _want_to_, it adds to the quality of the parts if the internals is modeled! Fredrik (26 years ago, 1-Feb-00, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: Looking for broken pneumatics

A long time ago, when one of my big yellow cylinders were beroken, my dad opened it to try to repair it. The cylinder itself is just a hollow, yellow cylinder. On the end of the metal bar is a disc of some soft material, probably plastic. --Tobias (...) (26 years ago, 1-Feb-00, to lugnet.technic)

Re: 1977- Does lego wrap its box with clear plastic?

(...) Yes, I'm sure about it. You can find many smaller sets which are wrapped in plastic from the late seventies. A very good way to preserve the box from dust and shelfwear. Giulio (26 years ago, 1-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)
