  Re: Small Original Technic Car

I think it looks great! By building small, compact Technic models like that, one soon learns to appreciate LEGO's own designs, as it takes much effort to do so. I like the way you've used many sloped angles. I'm normally too "square", building too (...) (26 years ago, 30-Jan-00, to lugnet.technic)

Is anybody interested in numerous 4930s?

My local Kmart has numerous boxes of 4930 Rock Raiders Crew for less than the $6 MSRP. If anybody is interest, I can grab a number of these next month during the next BOGO sale. The price will probably run between $3-4 a box plus shipping. Let me (...) (26 years ago, 30-Jan-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.market.shopping)

Thanks for the tip. I called them up earlier (~3pm). I bought 3. During the time I was on the phone (3 minutes). The stock of these went from "over 16" to zero.   Re: LEGO Clearance in Dallas and my journey back to Raleigh,NC (part 2)

Actually I got one of these, plus a 7150 for $12. I have a Target store near me which is sloppy about their toy section and do a poor job maintaining Legos. One night I was checking out their selection (seeing what was left on clearance at 50%) and (...) (26 years ago, 30-Jan-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)
