Hey guys,
Im sure yall remember this little guy:
http://news.lugnet.com/space/?n=24816
Well, after making my Classic Space Torso stickers:
http://news.lugnet.com/space/?n=28947
I decided to do the new one. So I did.
And in my signature 10 color variations.
These stickers, 295 pixels wide, are designed to be printed out at 500 dpi, and
when done so, will print out exactly 1.5 cm wide and the correct size for a
torso sticker.
For those who want them, the raw Photoshop files can be made available.
So here they are, just click on one to get the full size picture:
And then I remembered that someone said the torso design would have been better
had the jacket been closed, perhaps for a flight suit or something. So I
decided to redesign it to be just that.
Space.

Hi Anthony,
Great job with the stickers - very cool. One suggestion though - perhaps you
could give the open jacket versions a collar on the inner shirt so that you can
see the fig's chest/neck - like this torso:

I may just have to make some of these up to rid myself of some otherwise
inappropriate torsos.

You know, these stickers would be good for the PCS-era of building. Like
between the time of PCS proper and CS proper. Or perhaps, if you bear with me,
the PCS Movies.
Star Trek Original series had one type of uniform, and ST:TNG had new uniforms.
The Star Trek movies had new uniforms that signified the cross from STOS to
STTNG - and correct me if Im wrong, these jackets look just like the ST Movie
uniforms.
fun either way!

interest to warrant uploading the files to brickshelf. Assuming theyre not
deleted by a mod for being an unwanted file type, they can be found here:
Post mod, of course.

Okay... why is the image still so large after I resized it?

I had this issue with my original .sig pic as well--I dunno if its a caching
thing on LUGNETs end, but after the pic was displayed once via FTX, LUGNET
seemed to keep the length/width dimensions for subsequent displays of the same
filename, even though I resized the picture itself.
Havent tried in a while--lessee if my .sig pic still is large...

Great work AGAIN! I had meant to ask you before when you did the classic space
torsos if yo had thought of doing this new torso; i see you have. i like the
closed jacket, & was hoping lego would do one. without the zippers, or with
lines as fabric slit covered zippers, this reminds me of Star Trek Enterprise
jumpsuits. the half color theme is very classy, too.

It took me a bit, but heres my take(s):
ST Enterprise look:

more futuristic look:

Ill try to do at least red, yellow, green, black, & gray if theres interest.
Enjoy!
