http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=18995 has some pictures of
the boxes - the smaller sets are in shifty2.jpg, the larger ones in
shifty3.jpg

Thanks, Ross.

If you look at shifty3.jpg, you will see the two larger sets I bought.

The Gladness Homestead (3-level Paradisa house with satellite dish) is on the
right on the 2nd top shelf.

The unnamed castle with drawbridge and minarets is on the right on the bottom
shelf.

The most expensive set on the day I visited was the one on the left on the top
shelf, which appears to be a copy of 6279 Skull Island
http://guide.lugnet.com/set/6279

It cost $35 (USD 19.78), and according to LUGnet's database cost USD53 circa
1995. I didn't buy it though as I have quite a lot of Islander sets, and
didn't need yet another row boat.

Kerry

(...) Thanks for the reviews Kerry, being a clone-dabbler myself, I will have to try and track down some in Sydney. (22 years ago, 20-Jun-02, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands)
