Hi, this is my new Cthulego diorama. It was going to be unveiled exclusively at
Legoworld this year, but due to a change in circumstances Im not sure how much
of the event (if any) I will be present for or for that matter when after next
Friday I will be able to post mocs online again, so here it is now:

Very nice! I particularly like the plane. Your work is being admired on
Eurobricks as well.
God Bless,
Nathan

Once again, excellent job. This has so much detail and the main mouth is
downright scary. love all the little touches, and how you have brought lovecraft
to the small build.
I would probably favour your sea side one over this, but that is a personal
choice , and this is still fantastic work.
Can not wait for the next installment

Simply awesome! I have to admit, though, that I was hoping to see another
implementation of this
But, I still love it!

That is just amazing. The fact that someone ELSE read the series, and that you
did it in lego.
good job.

Mark,
Id like to say this is a wonderful MOC, full of incredible detail, like the
corrugated sided airplane, the old style roadsters, the Rat Patrol style machine
gunning jeep and the oddly out of place Police call box, but the hideous,
gelatinous, many tentacled horror crawling out of the desert floor, exuding a
vomitous odor is just too much for puny mortal man to contemplate.
You can reply to me at the Arkham Asylum.
Great work!

Thanks George - good luck with the treatment!
Just a note for everyone whos asked why Doctor Who (from the BBC sci-fi time
travelling TV series) is included here? Because: 1. When I was growing up in the
70s and 80s many of the Doctors foes were nameless entities from space whos
motives were often unclear, many of them had tentacles and glistening lumps of
stuff - and were obviously hugely inspired by Lovecraft! 2. The new series rocks
and I love it! 3. At shows and club events small details leap out at the kids,
they love to show off their knowledge and spot the Doctor. 4. It helps stop
parents pointing at anything sci-fi (such as this) and saying Star-Wars then
turning and walking off because Star Wars isnt their thing/their kids thing.
(This happens surprisingly often to my space creations and is a bit
disheartening!)
Thanks to all for the kind comments,
Mark.

Bravo! I always found Lovecraft a little too dry and straight-faced to be really
frightening so I find your ebullient, spectacular interpretation far more
enjoyable. Id love to see you mock up a five-set theme in fake packaging.
I couldnt go without once again praising the cheery inclusion of a certain Time
Lord, grinning madly at the scene of carnage. Very authentic!
However I will add my voice to the chorus pleading for more gore. A few spilled
intestines always make my day a little brighter!
