Thanks George - good luck with the treatment!
Just a note for everyone who’s asked why Doctor Who (from the BBC sci-fi time
travelling TV series) is included here? Because: 1. When I was growing up in the
70’s and 80’s many of the Doctors foes were nameless entities from space who’s
motives were often unclear, many of them had tentacles and glistening lumps of
stuff - and were obviously hugely inspired by Lovecraft! 2. The new series rocks
and I love it! 3. At shows and club events small details leap out at the kids,
they love to show off their knowledge and spot the Doctor. 4. It helps stop
parents pointing at anything sci-fi (such as this) and saying “Star-Wars” then
turning and walking off because Star Wars isn’t their thing/their kids thing.
(This happens surprisingly often to my space creations and is a bit
disheartening!)
