Re: Herid's Rare Books and Manuscripts —Manfred Moolhuysen
(...) And he doesn't want to pay too many "buiding footprint surface" property taxes. Because this was measured on ground floor level only, it was custom to make each additional floor overhang consideably, thus creating "tax-free" floorspace. In some (...)          Re: Herid's Rare Books and Manuscripts —Jason Spears
(...) Huh. That's pretty neat. It gives me some ideas for another house. Jason Spears | (URL) BrickCentral> | (URL) MichLUG> (20 years ago, 11-Nov-03, to lugnet.castle, FTX)

Re: Herid's Rare Books and Manuscripts —Alan Findlay
(...) Very nice, and quite a thing of beauty. I like the use of round bricks for the vertical 'wood'. The overall colour scheme is also pleasing to the eye. Nice touch for the attic. The wife has my sympathies as she tries to navigate the ladder to (...) (20 years ago, 11-Nov-03, to lugnet.castle)
