Re: Good photos of Jurassic Park III sets

(...) It's not one big SPUD. I know it looks that way, but it's not. I promise. (...) ??? You know, several people have said that they prefer the premolded dinos because they look better. For my part, I like these new Dino set guys, because they are (...) (24 years ago, 13-Feb-01, to lugnet.year.2001, lugnet.general)

Re: Good photos of Jurassic Park III sets

(...) Am I the only one who thinks these dinos look pretty lame? Ah, well, at least the small dinos are made of bricks. What's with the Pteranodon with no beak? I know it's cheaper for production, but I really don't like the continued use of the (...) (24 years ago, 13-Feb-01, to lugnet.year.2001, lugnet.general)

Re: Good photos of Jurassic Park III sets

(...) I don't particularly like those new dinosaurs. The Spinosaur looks cool, but I think the Raptors and the "new" Pteranadon look stupid. I liked the Dino Island Dinosaurs. Maybe it's just me, but the pre-formed animals seem more real to me. The (...) (24 years ago, 13-Feb-01, to lugnet.year.2001, lugnet.general)

Re: An interesting follow-up to Reuters article about HP LEGOs

(...) Maybe it will. I know this is slightly off-topic, and that I just posted, but for anyone interested, you can now pre-order Book 5 (Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix) for ? Dollars at Amazon.com. There's no price info, but the book (...) (24 years ago, 13-Feb-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.year.2001)

An interesting follow-up to Reuters article about HP LEGOs

Okay, I know that in this article I found, there isn't a lot different from the Reuters article Lawrence Wilkes posted about. However, in the article, found at the following link, it confirms there will be 11 sets in the Harry Potter Line. (URL) (...) (24 years ago, 13-Feb-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.year.2001)

Re: a bad pic of the new Jurassic Park dino set

(...) As far as I can tell all the dinosaurs in the picture(except for the Spinosaurus/T-Rex) are using the same head, if in different colors. The thingy sticking off the Pteranodon's head is a tail piece. Having seen the older pictures of these (...) (24 years ago, 12-Feb-01, to lugnet.year.2001, lugnet.general)

Re: a bad pic of the new Jurassic Park dino set

(...) Wow! My first reaction to the overhead shot was that the folks who had put the diorama together had placed a dino from another line in with the LEGO stuff, but on closer inspection it seems to be a buildup from the Dinosaur set pieces. Really, (...) (24 years ago, 12-Feb-01, to lugnet.year.2001, lugnet.general)

a bad pic of the new Jurassic Park dino set
