I never thought it would end, but after 29 years of collecting Lego (100% Town complete; 80% Train complete), almost 1500 sets, close to 200,000 pieces, I need to seriously consider stopping to collect these absolutely horrible pieces of garbage (...) (24 years ago, 18-Nov-00, to lugnet.year.2001)

I think I too agree that this is the same baseplate (new color) that graced the recent Avdenturers "Egypt" theme, a "classic" $29.99 set whose name escapes me (saw them at KMart before the August clearances hit) that had a kind of overgrown (...)
