That's a new slope!  It changes across its 4-brick length from
  a standard 1x4 brick to a 2x4 45-degree slope, with the same
basic curve of slope used in the rounded slope system.

Too bad it's in burnt-orange; this mating of a 2x4 wedge brick
with a 45-degree slope across its length really has some uses
  in streamlining.

various colors of it in the Make-n-Create sets as well.
