Re: Cudo's to 4910 and an Ugh to 4950

(...) I agree that it looks like an AT-AT foot but it would be terribly out of scale I think. It might work better as an AT-ST or AT-PT foot. Eric Remove ".nospam" when replying by E-mail The New England LEGO Users Group (URL) (25 years ago, 1-Oct-99, to lugnet.underground, lugnet.reviews)

Re: Cudo's to 4910 and an Ugh to 4950

(...) Yes, it does indeed have the sloped control stand in teal. I was a bit surprised to find this part myself, I admit. And the grey odd "plate" which forms the base of the vehicle is really cute. It looks pretty much like an AT-AT feet, I think. (...) (25 years ago, 1-Oct-99, to lugnet.underground, lugnet.reviews)

Does it have the sloped control stand in teal, or are my eyes deceiving me? (BTW I need one of those in white if someone has some, I can trade grey or black for it) Just think, a 6990 Futuron monoral with teal accents, wouldn't that look cool?   Cudo's to 4910 and an Ugh to 4950

I just thought I would throw in by 2 cents worth on these 2 sets. First let me say that I do not personally own 4950 but my nephiew got it recently and I helped him put it together so I have first hand knowledge. Personally I think 4950 ( (URL) ) is (...)   Re: same fig in three vehicles

(...) Perhaps it is also linked to the Computer game from Lego starring the rock raiders? Anyway Mr vehicle guy is not the only one to score. Ms hoverthingies has four appearances (4910,4930,4980 and 4990). The rarest figs are orangepants and the (...) (25 years ago, 1-Oct-99, to lugnet.underground)

Re: same fig in three vehicles

(...) I think it's an unfortunate side effect of the current LEGO trend of providing names/personalities/etc for their 'cast of characters'. According to the latest Mania magazine, the fellow there (whose name escapes me) is the Rock Raider who (...) (25 years ago, 28-Sep-99, to lugnet.underground)

Re: same fig in three vehicles

(...) That's a problem with alot of themes lately just look at all the Jar Jar's in the Ep1 sets. (I love the Rock Babe by the way. Her head works great as a Rebel Pilot in my SW Models) (...) Probably. You do know they get paid in $100 Tiles now!!! (...) (25 years ago, 28-Sep-99, to lugnet.underground)

  same fig in three vehicles

I was looking through a catalog last night and noticed that the same minifig appears in THREE of the four large RR vehicles: 4940-Granite Grinder 4950-Loader Dozer 4970-Chrome Crusher Additionally, those are each one-man vehicles. What's up with (...) (25 years ago, 28-Sep-99, to lugnet.underground)
