Here is the first batch of pictures from the 2002 Raleigh GATS Show. Our layout was a hit and with heavy traffic all day. No major disasters and we are supposed to be on the news tonight! On April 6th and 7th the North Carolina LEGO Train Club (NCLTC) will have our layout on display at the Great American Train Show (GATS) in Raleigh, North Carolina. The layout will be approximately 16'x20' with four train loops (three 9v and one 12v) (...) Lots of ways to incorporate a dogbone loop for those, and an RCX would help us take advantage of that tight design over a regular loop with switched polarity matched with your (...) (...) But you can have a different layout every time - ours is pretty much fixed in place... Modular has its advantages *and* dis-advantages, just like 'plywood' does! (...) Well, I guess misenterpreted the LUGNET map for NILTC. It looked like it was centered in Chicago. The drive from Madison to Milwaukee isn't bad compared to I-90 to Chicago. This is a general request to see if there would be enough interest in creating a Wisconsin LEGO Train Club (WILTC) in the Central/Southern Wisconsin area.
