Hi All,
I was hoping to get some discussion going so I posted a ton of MOCs on
BrickShelf. Sure I'm fishing for some complements and even some comments from
Lar ;D, but really just wanted to share some ideas. With that said... (even
URLs)

Freight
3x center beam lumber cars, 2x PNLTC box cars, 3x tank cars, 1x propane tank
flatbed, 2x small gondolas, 1x spool flatbed.

Coaches
I reduced the thickness of the purple stripe to one row of bricks on the
Rhiengold coaches. Here's a few shots on my layout of all 4 coaches. Also a
couple works-in-progress of a blue and red pair of coaches. I hope to make a
green and yellow version as well.
This just in I reworked the red and blue to shorter "old time" pullmans.

Misc
A funky 6 wide monorail sub, 3x United Airlines planes (old colors), 1x yellow
airplane, and last but not least a PNLTC coffee mug!

Thanks to Kevin M. Loch for Brickshelf!

(...) Ok, I'll bite. I liked most of your freight. I used your centerbeam as inspiration for my 2 that I have now. I did modify it some to make mine unique. I loved the propane tank! I want to do my own on your design. I'm still trying to figure out (...) (24 years ago, 13-Jul-00, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Well, it's not necessary that I comment on EVERY train MOC posted, you know. :-) (...) wheel hubs as cylindrical sections, and using them vertically the way you did is an idea worth more exploration. Not sure it's prototypical, though. (...) (...) (24 years ago, 13-Jul-00, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Sometimes when you put up so much stuff, there is too much to talk about, so I just look. (...) Still love those box cars. The State of Maine one could really use some decals. With decals it would look perfect. Also, I am glad you have both (...) (24 years ago, 13-Jul-00, to lugnet.trains)

Hey Steve, I really like your work. One question regarding (URL) similar. How did you do the sliding doors? Eric Kingsley did something similar on his box cars and sent a short explanation. He did his with single stud 1x2 plates as the 'rails' on (...) (24 years ago, 13-Jul-00, to lugnet.trains)

<verbose on> Thanks for the comments guys. I really like the feedback (and its fun to show off a bit). Sometimes you're just too close to your own designs to make valid crtiques. Boxcar Doors They do not slide. I used technic beams with the stud-end (...) (24 years ago, 14-Jul-00, to lugnet.trains)

(...) I've got a question Steve. What sets did you use to get all of those grey octogon pieces and caps you used to make those three tank cars? They look great! John (24 years ago, 16-Jul-00, to lugnet.trains)
