I'm sorry, but I have found just another bug as it seems:
I was trying to to fix the singular matrix error in the minifig torso subpart
and had figured it had to do with som missing number in the rotation matrix.
I changed the numbers until L3lab loaded the part without complaint, then tried
to position it in MLCAD by entering the correct position (moving with the mouse
didn't work, it snapped only to multiples of 5 though my 'Grid off' setting says
step 1). When I entered the position, the part was moved, rotated to some
arbitrary and SHRUNK at the same time. What more, you don't have a change to
enter the correct rotation matrix as the values are overwritten at the same
time you press the use matrix button (and if you press 'Cancel' the above is done
anyway, leaving you no way out). At least it should give the old values as
rotation vector AND matrix, allowing you to choose which one suits you best
I hope this helps tracking down the bug, I really enjoy use this great program.

You can download the executeable or the whole package as you like from (URL) I've updated the model section on my home-page with an example mpd file (...) (25 years ago, 8-May-00, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.mlcad, lugnet.trains)
