Agreed: Pressing CANCEL is ignored by MLCad ==> bug
I could see a problem with the PosRot dialog in case of primitives, for
complete parts it seems to work. I hope this is where you had problems too.
Be careful when not using the absolute mode (check box between OK and CANCEL
not checked), in this case the rotation-matrix and position is not set but
added!
I cannot verify the movement problem, in my case the part (or primitive) is
moved as specified in the settings (Have you selected the right grid?)
