I admit I didn't study the Railway Express motor very carefully, but I sure
didn't notice any lights on it! The RE *set* does include a (standard) 9v
light, as well as the train headlight diffuser piece. The 9v light is powered
by connecting to an output on the top of the train motor (which all 9v motors
have). Look at the instructions on brickshelf for the Metroliner to see how
this works.
I think all of the cargo train sets have come with the diffuser piece and a
place for the 9v light, but no light or connecting wire. They do include
instructions for adding the light if you buy the accessory pack.

| Hello: Just wondering what kind of motor comes with the 4559 cargo railway? Is it like the new railway exprees one where the lights are part of it. Or is it like the older kind (freight and crane railway), just the motor itself. Chet (25 years ago, 13-Jan-00, to lugnet.trains)
