Really nice work, Tim. You have packed in a lot of greeblie things which adds to the visual interest of the MOC. I especially like the croissant for smoke-- that idea strikes me as so Japanese for some reason. Are you turning Japanese? :-)

I’m not familiar with “Euro-trash” (for lack of a more funnier word;-) except what I have learned from Thomas the Tank Engine, I think this guy you’ve built is like the GWW Duck character (were it all green). But then it does look like some G scale LGB locos I’ve seen to, which is probably the one you’ve modeled, since those are usually German.

Sod the extra axle; it’s great the way it is!
