The teal one would probaly be a type of caboose. Mind you there are a bunch of different designs out there, some of which were for special purposes. This was probaly a work train related one. (...) Welll yes and no. Indeed it's a new element from Lego however megablox has had that element for a while. In the megajunk version they used it as a translucent window.
