Does anyone know when BBB wheels without flanges will be available?  I'll add to
an order from us Brits when they are.  Once I have some of those I'll do 6, 8
and 10-coupled engines.

The tool to make BBB wheels without flanges is in the works right now.  The
toolmaker I use is busy and it will be about three months before I have
unflanged wheels for sale.

On that note, is there a common term to refer to a train wheel without a flange?
Some terms I've considered include:

Blind Driver Wheel
Sans Flange Driver Wheel
Blank Driver Wheel
Unflanged Driver Wheel

Were any real trains ever made with wheels that didn't have flanges?  I've been
told it's done in the model train world often.  In either case, is there a
common term that people use for a wheel without a flange?

Kind Regards,
