i’d be very interested to see what you come up with -- i’ve been trying to figure out a good way to motorize the small train wheels for models of the local light rail and street cars, but have had a problem coming up with ideas.

Well, I have an idea how to motorize the bogie, but there’s a problem with train wheels, I’ll probably have to use Technic wheels instead.

   i thought about putting a 9v motor inside, with a single wheel sticking out the bottom of the car, in order to friction drive the thing, but haven’t implemented it yet.

Yes, it ain’t easy.
