I just tried to check this, but the text I was referring too, could have lead
me to a misunderstanding. I am not too sure any more, if this model actually
was driving the 100 km/h in both directions. But at least the T9 - a engine
with the same wheel arrangement did it (at 90 km/h).

In fact that has been a idea of a fellow AFOL from the 1000steine board. I
think Michale Schian has been the one to do that first in this way (but without
fixing the axle against falling out).

| Ben, Once again you've excelled yourself! I particularly like the hopper wagons, they really do capture the look of the German prototype - its amazing how much difference a few details can make, a real improvement on the standard blue hopper. Is the (...) (22 years ago, 14-May-03, to lugnet.trains)
