Robin,

That looks great. There are a lot of things that look cool. A few of the
things that stuck out for me were the upside down brick on the top, the
vents on the top of the back of the engine, and the SNOT cab windows.
Great job on the color scheme, and good try on the plow things on the
front and rear trucks.

It looks like the magnets are attached to the frame and not the trucks,
and it doesn't look like the magnet mounts move. Do you have a problem
with the couplers trying to pull other cars off the track as the engine
goes through curves? (Probably not or you wouldn't build them that way,
right?)

Thanks for sharing,
Chris

Robin, As others have said, Beautifully done! I'm curious how you got the vents at an angle like that. Looks like about a half stud in height above the side. I did realize that there are light gray sides to the trucks. Very nice. Devin Holmes (...) (21 years ago, 26-Jan-03, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Thanks, the cab windows still need a little work, it would be a lot better if it was orange, but I don't think we will see train windshields in orange:( So I will switch to dark gray when the new sets come out and make a twin. I'm not real (...) (21 years ago, 26-Jan-03, to lugnet.trains)
