Thanks for the kind words about my new model.

Regarding the rods I don't have an certain answer. They are not found on the
non-tilting engine so probably some kind of dampers as you suggest. Some
people claim they got slightly see-sick when travelling with the train but I
like it especially if your company can afford a business class ticket
including a good meal with a glass of wine (still much cheaper compared to
flying).
