Not without modification. The 12v power rails have annoying ridges • which
bump into the studs on the more frequent ties of the 9v track.

With 9V tracks and grey inserts it goes fine, as I altready posted:

Hmm, maybe curves are different. I tried to 12v Ben Fleskes's helix
which was laid with 9v track, and the curved conductors would not
connect to the 9v track. It may also depend on which style of grey
conductors you have, perhaps it is the ones with power pin holes which
don't work (most of my 12v conductors are of that style).

I tried with curves now - and that does not work as you say. Still, there
are 2 types, must test more...
