    Santa Fe Numbers —Mike Walsh
After I received my Santa Fe sets yesterday I was thinking about the numbers. Sure it would be nice to have a really low number (like less than 10) but it would also be pretty neat to have a number that corresponds to a classic or favorite LEGO set. (...)         Re: Santa Fe Numbers —Rob Hendrix
Weoird, but cool. My 354 was a set from 1972, the year I was born. Not really excited about the content, but at least its "town". My other number (94) was from a set which didnt have much info attached to it. But the picture was cool. -Rob "Mike (...) (23 years ago, 24-Feb-02, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Santa Fe Numbers —Kurt Eilers
Rob - Great idea on the numbering. This sounds like it would fit well with the trains. I think that all things like this should be named (or numbered in this case). My favorite set, Croc is something I never came upon. And if you don't mind I am (...) (23 years ago, 24-Feb-02, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Santa Fe Numbers —Jason J. Railton
(...) My Santa Fe just arrived - it's number A3666. From the registry, it looks to be the first one with a '666' in it. The equivalent set <set:3666> is the Fabuland Service Station, btw.          Re: Santa Fe Numbers —Scott Arthur
(...) Well I got 3605, 3915 and one which I doubt I'll open for a while. Neither of my opened 10020 numbers refers to a set or even a part... YET! But, using google, I did find a real train numbered 3605: (URL) than a Fabuland Service Station any (...) (23 years ago, 27-Feb-02, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Santa Fe Numbers —Bert Giesen
there was a set numbered 3605, this was a fabuland set (Ricky Raccoon and his Scooter) number 3915 was a keychain (Race Car Driver Key Chain) Bert "Scott A" <eh105jb@mx1.pair.com> wrote in message news:Gs6v2s.8M0@lugnet.com...       (...) Thanks Bert. I've either mixed up my numbers or keyed the wrong ones into LUGNET... I hope its the latter, as I've already put them in the SF Reg... I can't say I care much for Ricky Raccoon or his Scooter. ;) Thanks again Scott A =+= Have you (...) (23 years ago, 27-Feb-02, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Santa Fe Numbers —Tony Hafner
(...) As opposed to costing another 5p (or whatever in cash), it would more likely show up as a shortcoming of the set elsewhere.         Re: Santa Fe Numbers —David Schilling
(...) I hadn't thought to see what my train numbers were as sets before reading this. I might just have the first number that is actually a train and not a Fabuland set, though. (I haven't read every message in this group, so this is only (...) (23 years ago, 4-Mar-02, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Santa Fe Numbers —William R. Ward
(...) Ours is A4989, which sadly does not correlate to any LEGO set, according to the LUGNET database. My member number, 874, however, corresponds to an old Technic Accessory Set <set:874>.         Re: Santa Fe Numbers —Blake Kunisch
(...) Just received my train today, and unfortunately, while the number doesn't match any set, I'm quite happy with the number I did get... 777 It's pretty low for a release of 10,000 and triple sevens is doubly cool.
