Glad you posted. That is a good use of the rounded wall. Castle is one of my
favorite themes. The built-in arches are cool.

Oh, well, you just 'beat' my schedule :-)

I thought of the use of 1x3 and 1x1 rounds for rounded walls a few weeks
ago, and planned to post it as an original idea sometime soon, but didn't
get around to it. Actually I have the pictures lying right here, waiting to
be scanned. I also put the saucer disks on top of it. Only difference is I
used it as a castle-style building instead of a water tower :-)

I also noted using regular 1x1's (instead of cylinders) does get you a
slightly tighter curve than using the common method of 2x2's. (But ofcourse
not nearly as tight as using 1x1 rounds.)
