You can fix this by increasing the line length in the program you are using • to
post from.  The "standard" line length is 79 characters, which is fine for
general posting, but for posting dat files you should increase that
*temporarily* to a large number.  Like 150 or so.
I also believe you can circumvent this problem by posting the dat file • directly
from the web interface rather than using a newsreader or email program.


This should be added to the FAQ.
