I love the page! :) The D-27 is my fabourite, followed by the ED-25.

Thanks! Incidentally, the D-27 scene was the most difficult to create, since
I'm using a eMachines PoS. When I build my new computer, I want it to have
enough RAM that MLCAD will draw much faster. I think the SW-55 scene is
probably the most complete. I want to do some more intricate scenes, but
lack the memory at this time.

I love your selection of units for speed . I should mention, however, that
the exponent -1 is redundant - it's only required if you are writing it as
"dmh", not "dm/h" (so as to place the unit hour below decimetres).

(I'm very obsessed with SI :) )

Hmmm... I keep seeing two different notations. Then again, I like making
superscripts. But I think I'll make those connections.

I'm going to try and scan prototype drawings too, for another set of
locomotives. I've actually constructed a sort of fictional world much like
the real world, except done with LEGOs.

I like drawing them by hand as well, but I like the realism afforded by CAD.
Unfortunately, my hardware isn't really up to snuff...
