I love the page! :) The D-27 is my fabourite, followed by the ED-25.

I love your selection of units for speed . I should mention, however, that
the exponent -1 is redundant - it's only required if you are writing it as
"dmh", not "dm/h" (so as to place the unit hour below decimetres).

(I'm very obsessed with SI :) )

(...) now...now Iain....don't be too technicle with Seth :) Actually those are some pretty nice Trains. I was interested in the designs on the tilting express trains.... a suggestion to Iain if his own Tilting Train doesn't work...try building it (...) (23 years ago, 8-Jun-01, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Iain, Then shouldn't you be complaining about the use of dm instead of m, h instead of s, and g instead of kg? ;) Actually, if those are real measurements, then you picked a good unit to express the speed of LEGO trains. 170 dm/h sounds fast (...) (23 years ago, 8-Jun-01, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Thanks! Incidentally, the D-27 scene was the most difficult to create, since I'm using a eMachines PoS. When I build my new computer, I want it to have enough RAM that MLCAD will draw much faster. I think the SW-55 scene is probably the most (...) (23 years ago, 8-Jun-01, to lugnet.trains)
