Hi all, I'm coming out of my dark ages as it seems to be called in these lists. Last year I went to a shop to my my daughter her first Lego and thought I'd just get myself a little Technic cart. Oops. We're now 12 sets later, and all my old Lego no (...) (24 years ago, 18-Oct-00, to lugnet.trains)

Quick note about our first outing. The Arkansas River Valley Model Train Club held it's annual show and sale in Jacksonville this past weekend. We were one of four layouts showing. I seems from what I'm reading that it is not the name of a set or style or "line" of LEGO, but rather a nickname for a container that holds excess LEGO that can't be put in (...) (...) Your version of "James" looks great. I like that you can put "piping" along the side of the engine. The 12 volt motor with rod really makes a difference. (...)
