As was already mentioned, the red steam valves are fairly rare parts, and they also seem to be missing on quite a few train sets. I think this is because they (A) fall off easily and (B) are strange-looking if you don't know where they came from. I (...) (24 years ago, 9-Sep-00, to lugnet.trains)

This is one of the finest examples of a box car I've seen yet. There is an approximately 1/6 stud offset on the side panels and sloped roof that gives an amount of relieve that is really impressive. I've been obsessing over something to pull my hopper cars with (you know, the nice big Tyne Dock ones!)...and came up with the fact that it was class 2 diesel's that replaced the steamers pulling them. So, I've started making 2 class 24 (or (...) (24 years ago, 8-Sep-00, to lugnet.trains)
